Case-Study-Odessa-Street-2

Odessa Street is a new build apartment block in SE16. Our brief was to install a smoke vent system to a design by others, completely driven by the cloud for natural ventilation and activation by the fire alarm system.

Shevtec cloud link was employed to enable total control of a hot corridor solution within the tall tower block. The outside air temperature is constantly monitored to ensure only cool air is being pulled into the building.

The great strength of cloud link is that authorised users can change the set points and alter the building temperature as required. Again FTG chose to install the Shevtec range of products for this development.

Furthermore, a smaller block of housing association apartments was also completed with cloud link and all the associated benefits this brings.

AstraZeneca

The controls were difficult in conception being able to fulfil the client's expectations because we used the SE Controls Shevtec range we were able to meet every requirement.
