We will provide you with a clear asset register and service report helping you understand the level of risk your building is exposed to. We will work with you to help budget for any larger remedial works that may be required in the long term, and in the short term take any necessary steps to get an existing system working for the safety of those inside.
What if I don’t want to be tied down?
That’s absolutely fine and you will get no pressure from us to change your mind.
What insurance do you have?
Our public & products liability is £10M & employers liability is £10M. This provides a further reassurance to our existing & new customers that you are putting your trust into a truly competent company, would you really trust a company with anything less?
What if I'm unhappy with the service?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of our work please immediately email Jayne Goldsmith who will conduct an immediate and thorough investigation. Should FTG be at fault in any way we will rectify it free of charge at the earliest possible opportunity.
