We deliver full lifecycle services, from inspection and maintenance support to installation, commissioning, and long-term servicing of smoke control systems across hospitals, residential developments, offices, theatres and more!

I completed my apprenticeship with FTG and am now starting my journey through the career structure. The training and support we receive is so good.

Our Engineer roles combine smoke control expertise with formal electrotechnical qualifications. If you’re an approved electrician or hold equivalent certifications, these positions can make use of your electrical skills alongside specialist smoke ventilation knowledge.

We were contacted originally in 2020 to investigate and maintain a multi smoke shaft system with Bilco staircase roof hatches in the city by upper Thames Street.
Harbour Central
Harbour Central is a vast residential new build on the Isle of Dogs, we are currently installing and commissioning a smoke ventilation system.
Odessa Street
Odessa Street is a new build apartment block in SE16. Our brief was to install a smoke vent system to a design by others, completely driven by the cloud for natural ventilation and activation by the fire alarm system.
Portcullis House
Portcullis House atrium originally built in 2000 and had been beset with mechanical problems when attempting to open the diamond shaped glass roof vents.
Bournehall House
Bournehall House was an office development converted into apartments, we were contacted to install a modern smoke ventilation system. We commissioned a fire engineered solution via a CFD Model.

Blackhorse Lane project involved providing a solution for hot corridors and air changes in the common areas, with complete control from the cloud.
