    Information provided by you when you apply to join us or are employed as a member of staff or
    sub-contractor (this is retained for the recommended time should you be unsuccessful in your application or when you leave the company). Information provided by our customers when we begin

    • Contact information (such as your name, phone number (home and mobile), home address and email address and NOK);
    • Age, date of birth, gender, nationality, preferred language, interests and lifestyle;
    • Payment information (including bank account details). We reserve the right to request additional evidence or proof of payment information where, in our reasonable opinion, this is necessary.
    • Correspondence and communication between us and you.
    • CCTV images when anywhere on site at Hawthorns. Our website is hosted by Nimbus Hosting (please refer to their own privacy policy on their website) In turn they use Heart Internet to actually host our domain. Please refer to their privacy policy on their webpage.
