    Information provided by you when you apply to join us or are employed as a member of staff or
    sub-contractor (this is retained for the recommended time should you be unsuccessful in your application or when you leave the company). Information provided by our customers when we begin
    our contract with each other and information provided by our suppliers for the same purpose. The below list will not apply equally to each contractual relationship we have and more details can be found in our GDPR register a copy of which can be obtained by contacting jayne@ftg-ltd.co.uk.
    • Contact information (such as your name, phone number (home and mobile), home address and email address and NOK);
    • Age, date of birth, gender, nationality, preferred language, interests and lifestyle;
    • Payment information (including bank account details). We reserve the right to request additional evidence or proof of payment information where, in our reasonable opinion, this is necessary.
    • Correspondence and communication between us and you.
    • CCTV images when anywhere on site at Hawthorns. Please see GDPR register for further details and the notices on the gate & in the barn.In addition, we sometimes run promotions for legitimate business interest, but you will always have the opportunity to opt out of this method of contact.We do not knowingly collect information about minors.For information about what personal data is collected from the website please refer to section 3.You must not provide information about anyone else unless you have their permission to do so.2. We process your personal data for the reasons set out below:

FTG Ltd shares your personal data on an as lawfully required basis: (where permitted in accordance with applicable privacy laws) with:
• HSBC; other UK banks for the purpose of third parties, where we have your permission to do so and there is a lawful basis for that third party requiring this information. Web server logs and web beacons

Our website is hosted by Nimbus Hosting (please refer to their own privacy policy on their website) In turn they use Heart Internet to actually host our domain. Please refer to their privacy policy on their webpage.
In conjunction with obtaining information through cookies, our web servers may log details such as your operating system type, browser type, domain, and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone in which your device is located. The web server logs also may record information such as the address of the web page that linked you to our site and the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet. In the event of a data breach we will notify the individuals affected within 48 hours of our becoming aware of said breach. FTG Ltd will also inform the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) immediately should the breach require reporting.
